A lifelong squash player and an aspiring cyclist,, Eric Eiteljorg joined Impact360 as our Executive Director in 2011 and was the organization's third full-time employee.
Eric graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned a dual Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Education (Educational Psychology) in 2007 from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
While he and his wife are from the Philadelphia area, they, and their two kids, consider Denver to be home
Kristin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and a Minor in Gender Studies.
Before joining Impact360, Kristin was a classroom teacher for five years, teaching across subjects and across grades K-12.
Kat's love affair with cycling began her first year in college while pursuing a degree in Latin American Studies at the University of Kansas. She believes that the bike is one of the most powerful tools a person can have and has served as a leader in non-profit community bike shops in both Memphis and Kansas City.
Before joining Impact 360, she was a classroom teacher in Memphis Tennessee for three years working with 4th, 5th and 6th grades in a variety of subjects. As a life-long social justice advocate, she views educational development as a means for transformative societal change.
Marisol DeLuna Martinez
Marisol is a former student of Impact-360. Marisol
joined the program when she was in 5th grade and is currently studying
English - Creative Writing and Communications at the University of Colorado Denver.
She is fluent in English and Spanish which allows for her to
communicate well with parents. Marisol has seen the program grow and wants to establish a better parent network for the program.
Academic Coordinator, Squash
Courtney graduated from Kent State University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology and then earned a Master of Arts in International Human Rights from the University of Denver.
Courtney taught middle school and high school social studies for four years before joining the Impact360 staff.
Prior to working as a teacher, Courtney worked in Masaka, Uganda with a local non-profit advocating for students and families in her community.
Assistant program director & post secondary Coordinator
Linsie grew up in Aurora, Colorado. After high school, she attended the University of Kansas where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and then received a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Pittsburg State University.
Before moving back to Denver and joining Impact360, Linsie taught 6th and 7th grade English Language Arts in Kansas City, Kansas for five years.
Academic coordinator, Cycling
Maggie graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs.
Before becoming the Middle School Academic Coordinator, Maggie was a middle school reading teacher in both Denver and Pueblo for three years. She also worked for A+ Colorado as the Community Relations Coordinator through AmeriCorps VISTA.
Carrie joined Impact360 in June, 2017 as the organization's first Development Director.
Throughout her career, Carrie has developed a passion for cultivating prospects and stewarding current donors as they experience their individual “Ah Ha” moment within an organization. Carrie loves deepening the donor experience and excels at sharing “mission-moments.”
Carrie graduated from the University of Colorado as a three-year letter winner in basketball management and is an active member of the C-Club.
Otto is a Denver, Colorado native. Otto has been playing squash for 23 years and was ranked nationally as high as 6th in the boys Under 17 division and was 11th in the nation in the Under 19 tournament rankings.
In Pennsylvania, he played in the 3rd position for Franklin and Marshall College’s varsity men’s squash team.
Otto graduated with honors from the University of Colorado Denver in 2006 with a B.A in Political Science. He has worked with kids as a youth camp counselor organizing sports activities since 1999.
He helped grow an insurance agency as a producer and worked in real estate advertising before arriving at Impact360.
